Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Identify customer concerns via listening and questioning.
• Maintain accurate customer information and reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance and protect customer privacy.
