Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience during vehicle repairs. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

Key duties include scheduling, preparing repair orders, and updating CCC One and ARMS systems, while maintaining accurate records and delivering strong sales-driven service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or related customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
