Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin. The CSR will deliver an outstanding customer experience, manage relationships with customers and insurers, and provide essential administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Key duties include scheduling repairs, handling insurance documentation, preparing RO work packets, and maintaining accurate records in CCC One and ARMS. A valid license and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or related environment with customer service exposure.
• Ability to multitask and stay accurate in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a strong customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare repair order work packets including QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers and insurers in CCC One notes.
• Update CCC One with rental car information and usage details.
• Monitor ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
