Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin to deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage communications with customers and insurance partners. You will support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth repair workflows.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar administrative position, preferably in auto body or customer service settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles.
• Prepare RO work packet including QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during repair using CCC One notes.
• Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
