Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers throughout the repair process. You will schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and related scripts, manage rental information, record communications, and support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks as needed.

A positive, detail‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or similar role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in auto body or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience with customers and insurers.
• Schedule repairs using CCC One and scheduling scripts.
• Manage rental car information and track communications.
• Prepare repair order packets with necessary documentation.
• Maintain records in CCC One and ARMS throughout the day.
• Support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks.
