Caliber is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Orlando Service Center. You will greet customers, provide extraordinary service, and coordinate with rental car/tow providers to offer a seamless, one-stop experience while understanding insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.

The role emphasizes handling multiple software systems, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
