Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Nolensville, TN to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the repair process. The role supports the Repair Facility Team and involves scheduling and coordination with insurance partners.

You will retrieve authorizations, document communications in CCC One, and manage rental information. Strong attention to detail and sales-driven service are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, parts list, windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
