Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers while supporting the Repair Facility Team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, managing insurance documentation, and coordinating rental information using CCC One and ARMS systems. Strong multitasking and detail orientation are essential, with a proactive sales approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar role such as administrative assistant preferred.
• 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One schedules and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day and ensure vehicles are logged in CCC One.
