Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Nolensville, TN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experience in collision and glass services. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance companies and provide administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Required: High school diploma or GED and at least one year in a similar administrative role; preferred: experience in auto body and customer service. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare repair order work packet with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all customer/insurance communications in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental car usage and track ARMS in CCC One.
