Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer-facing associate at our Indianapolis store. You will greet customers, manage the storage buy pick-up process, verify identities, collect pickup information, and process orders in the POS system.

A fast-paced environment requires strong communication and teamwork. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product questions, stocking and cleaning displays, and adhering to safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage storage buy pick-up process.
• Verify identity of customers picking up orders.
• Collect required customer information for pickups.
• Deliver storage buy orders via POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Stock and clean products per brand standards.
