Qualificações

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of store staff.
• Proficient computer skills and basic project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and manage the storage pick-up process.
• Oversee storage buy pick-ups following the company program.
• Adhere to phone answering SOP and verify pickup identity.
• Collect required customer information for all pick-ups.
