Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer-facing associate to greet shoppers and manage the storage buy pickup workflow. The role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options and supports a fast-paced retail floor environment.

You will use strong communication skills, assist customers with product questions, and ensure accurate pickup processing in the store’s POS system. Training emphasizes safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management and staff.
• Solid computer skills and ability to coordinate online tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in-store.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process.
• Follow phone answering SOP and verify pickup identities.
• Collect required customer information for pickups.
• Process pickup orders at POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and moving items.
• Know product details and assist with questions and selections.
• Stock and clean products to Floor & Decor standards.
• Act in line with company core roles.
