Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is looking for a customer-facing associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process. This role supports both full-time and part-time positions in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires strong communication, reliable teamwork, and solid computer skills to coordinate pickups and ensure accurate customer verification. Located in a warehouse/store setting with typical retail hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company's car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company's phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy order(s) to ensure authorization.
• Obtain required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
