Floor & Decor is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process. This role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, working in a fast-paced retail environment with emphasis on product knowledge and customer service.

Responsibilities include verifying pickup identities, handling POS deliveries, maintaining safety standards, stocking merchandise, and providing guidance on product selection.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all store levels.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to coordinate projects online.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at store entrance and assist with inquiries.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process and SOP compliance.
• Verify pickup identities and collect required information.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with selections.
• Stock and clean displays per brand standards.
