Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a role that greets customers and manages the customer storage pick-up process. You will verify pickup identities, process orders in POS, and maintain product knowledge to assist shoppers with selections.

The position requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while following safety procedures and Floor & Decor brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with the storage buy process.
• Manage the storage buy pickup process with the car topper program.
• Follow phone answering SOP and verify pickup authorization.
• Obtain customer information for all pickup orders and deliver orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handle product knowledge questions.
• Stock and clean products consistent with Floor & Decor brand standards.
• Act in line with the company's core roles.
