Floor & Decor is seeking a front-line store associate in West Palm Beach to greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process. You will assist customers, verify identities, and ensure accurate information collection while using the POS system. The role is available full-time or part-time.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong computer skills and internet coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the order to ensure authorization
• Obtain required customer information for all storage buy pick-ups
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS
• Maintain safety standards while lifting and stocking
• Provide product knowledge and assist with questions and selections
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor brand standards
• Follow company SOPs for phone answering and other duties
