Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Florida is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Store Associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process.

You will verify identities, gather necessary information, and ensure safe, efficient pickup while delivering orders through our POS system. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and strong computer abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills and experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company’s car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company’s phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy orders to ensure authorization.
• Obtain the required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Comply with the company’s safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in all product knowledge and assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to Floor & Decor’s brand standards.
• Act and work in a manner that is consistent with the company’s core roles.
