Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Follow phone answering SOP.
• Verify identity of the storage buy order pick-up.
• Obtain required customer information for pickups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow lifting safety SOP.
• Be an expert on product knowledge and assist customers.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
• Align actions with company core roles.
