Job summary

Floor & Decor in Florida is seeking a customer-oriented Retail Associate to greet customers and manage storage buy pick-ups. The role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time positions and requires strong communication and computer skills for POS transactions.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, verifying identities, stocking products, and maintaining safety and brand standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and follow the phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the order.
• Collect required customer information for pickups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in the POS system.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with questions.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
• Act in line with the company’s core roles.
