Job summary

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–3 years of related experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills to use business systems and process quotes

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries and provides quotes.
• Places customer orders via phone, fax, email, or in person.
• Negotiates pricing within parameters to support gross profit.
• Maintains inventory levels and sources products as needed.
• Works with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handles backorders, returns, and order expediting as required.
