Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Negotiate pricing within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained for customers and arrange shipping methods.
