You will answer calls, greet visitors, and coordinate scheduling to keep shipments moving smoothly. You will maintain order files, prepare shipping and tracing details, verify invoices, and serve as a main liaison between the warehouse and customers.

Responsibilities

• Interacts in a good working relationship with customers
• Responds to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts in a courteous and effective manner
• Processes and inputs all customer orders
• Produces all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
• Coordinates special and last-minute shipping requests
• Ensures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices
• Prepares shipping and tracing information for customers
• Communicates customer feedback to management
• Acts as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer
• Oversees all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files
