Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Carlisle to accurately process orders and provide first-rate customer service for warehousing operations. You will input and track inbound/outbound orders, manage billing tasks, and liaise with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires multitasking, reliable attendance, and strict adherence to SOPs. 1st shift hours are 9:30am–6:00pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate and communicate workflow with customers and colleagues.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and WMS.
• Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process inbound and outbound orders in designated systems.
• Provide daily customer service related to warehousing operations.
• Enter and complete all orders and billing by end of shift.
• Review open receipts and orders and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Assign trailers to doors to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
• Follow SOPs and customer work instructions and maintain safety standards.
