Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily order processing and leading teams.
• Ability to manage a team of 15–20 distribution associates.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols and 5S standards.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001 compliance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily order processing operations to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Develop and execute daily operational plans to meet or exceed productivity and service level goals.
• Provide effective leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of 15-20 distribution associates.
• Conduct daily team meetings, performance check-ins, and support employee recognition initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain operational reports and metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote and enforce health and safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety.
• Adheres to 5S Standards; Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
• Perform other job responsibilities, as necessary and/or assigned
