Job summary

Harvest Food Group LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the full order lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure accurate order processing, proactive communication, and on-time fulfillment.

The role requires 3+ years in order management or related fields, ERP experience (Plex/EDI preferred), and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to resolve issues and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in order management, customer operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP systems; Plex and EDI experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from receipt through shipment confirmation with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Review and validate orders, pricing, freight terms, status updates and issue resolution.
• Proactively identify and resolve fulfillment risks to protect delivery performance.
• Monitor and prioritize open orders daily to align with production capacity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for order inquiries and status updates.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and operational excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Shipping and Warehouse teams.
• Support OTIF delivery performance through proactive order monitoring and escalation.
