You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensure accurate pricing and timely fulfillment, and maintain ERP/CRM records. This role requires proactive communication and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate pricing, quantities, shipping dates, and invoicing.
• Track order status, backorders, inventory allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate ERP/CRM records and proactively communicate order updates.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
