Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ERP reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders with accuracy.
• Monitor orders through graphics and manufacturing; advise delays and offer alternatives.
• Collaborate with sales and manufacturing to develop customer programs.
• Manage customer profiles, pricing and order status reports.
• Handle customer complaints and returned goods initiation.
• Support daily scheduling meetings and provide reporting.
