Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is hiring a Support Lead in Warren, OH to guide store personnel and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations, train associates, and handle opening/closing tasks while maintaining store standards and safety.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in management, strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and composure under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening/weekend shifts and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of all store associates, ensuring duties are performed with excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, locks, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stocking the stock room.
