Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to support Customer Service & E-Commerce programs at the assigned store. You will lead processes for checkout experience, grocery delivery and pickup, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and high-quality order fulfillment.

The role focuses on staff development, labor utilization, and adherence to health and safety standards, while coordinating with store leadership and partners such as delivery drivers to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience; holds Team Members accountable for service quality.
• Establishes clear expectations for balancing in-store service and online orders.
• Monitors in-store and online customer flow; assigns tasks to balance customer needs.
• Supports collaboration with store leadership and delivery partners (e.g., Amazon).
• Maintains safety and security standards and fosters morale.
