Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an Associate Team Leader to support the Team Leader in driving Customer Service & E-Commerce programs at the store level. You will oversee checkout and grocery delivery/pickup operations, monitor KPI metrics, and ensure safe, efficient daily tasks.

You will coach Team Members, participate in hiring activities, and promote health and safety standards while sustaining a high-performing team and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail experience including 6+ months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience; holds Team Members accountable for service.
• Establishes expectations for balancing in-store service and online orders.
• Monitors in-store and online customer flow; assigns tasks balancing needs of all customers.
• Maintains schedule to meet in-store needs and online order capacity within labor budget.
• Develops, coaches, and motivates Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Promotes teamwork, positive morale, and strong relationships with store leadership and partners.
