Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support checkout experience, grocery delivery & pickup, and to monitor in-store performance. You will lead Team Members, drive safety and service quality, and ensure timely execution of store processes for both in-store and online orders.

You will focus on labor utilization, coaching, and continuous improvement while upholding health and safety standards and Whole Foods core values.

Qualifications

• Retail experience: 12+ months.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience and holds Team Members accountable for service.
• Balances in-store customer service with online order completion.
• Monitors customer flow and assigns tasks to optimize service and online orders.
