El Car Wash in Florida seeks a Customer Experience Advisor who will be the face of EL, delivering energetic service and driving membership growth through the Unlimited Membership program.

You will welcome customers, read situations, close sales without pressure, resolve issues, keep the site clean, and log feedback for the team. This frontline, hourly role supports operations and customer loyalty in dynamic outdoor work environments.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven; tracks own numbers.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive; reads the customer.
• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets.
