Job summary

El Car Wash in Towson, MD is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of the brand, delivering energetic, friendly service and driving loyalty through our membership program.

You will educate customers on the Unlimited Membership, turn interactions into sales, and maintain a clean, safe site while capturing feedback to help the team improve. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Confident in handling complaints on the spot.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site tech.

• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone from the start by welcoming every customer with energy and a smile.
• Drive membership growth by educating about the Unlimited Membership program.
• Turn service into sales by reading customers and closing without pushiness.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally when issues arise.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming in all customer areas.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and communicate insights to the team.
