Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet guests, explain the Unlimited Membership, and drive loyalty. You’ll turn interactions into memberships and maintain a polished, high-energy presence on site across shifts.

You should be comfortable with POS systems, have a sales mindset, and provide excellent service outdoors in Florida weather. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus; availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence; extroverted and engaging.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented with strong numbers; you care about hitting targets.
• Empathy with sales drive; read customers and adjust accordingly.
• Confident handling of complaints on the spot; resolve and de-escalate.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida markets.
