El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Novi, MI to be the face of the brand, blending welcoming service with confident product knowledge. You will convert interactions into loyalty by promoting memberships and delivering standout guest experiences.

Responsibilities include driving membership growth, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining a clean, safe site. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in sales or hospitality is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred in South Florida markets.

Responsabilités

• Set the tone from the start with confidence, energy, and a friendly smile.
• Drive membership growth by educating customers on the Unlimited Membership program and converting interest into loyalty.
• Turn service into sales by reading the customer and closing without being pushy.
• Handle concerns quickly and professionally, resolve issues when they arise, and leave customers impressed.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming in all customer-facing areas.
• Capture customer feedback by logging in Micrologic and sharing insights proactively.
