Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers, educate them on memberships, and convert visits into lasting loyalty. You will handle concerns professionally, log feedback, and help keep the site welcoming and safe. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida markets.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the Unlimited Membership program and convert interest into loyalty.
Read the customer and close sales without being pushy.
Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, leaving customers impressed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the site.
Log customer feedback in Micrologic and communicate insights to the team.
