Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead front-end operations, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will model leadership behaviors during your shifts, drive sales, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage cash handling, oversee cleanliness and safety, and partner with leadership to deliver results while welcoming teamwork and growth opportunities for associates.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and service excellence.
• Lead front end operations and responsible for store performance metrics.
• Train staff on the High Fives of Customer Service and SOPs.
• Open and close store procedures; perform SM duties in absence.
• Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing associates; schedule staffing.
• Drive store sales, manage expenses, and use financials to identify opportunities.
