Job summary

Five Below in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead front-end operations and coach the team to deliver WOW customer service. You will manage cash handling, cleanliness, safety, and drive sales as the Manager on Duty when needed.

As an hourly manager with at least 2 years of leadership experience, you will model Five Below values, motivate associates, and monitor KPI performance while ensuring a fun, high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact at the front of the store.
• Lead front end operations and cash handling procedures.
• Train staff on customer service standards and the Five Below SOPs.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout and store cleanliness at all times.
• Open/close store procedures and cover for Manager on Duty as needed.
• Supervise, coach and develop associates; schedule staffing; review communications.
