Job summary

Five Below seeks a Customer Experience Manager to lead store operations in New Jersey, reporting to the Store Manager and guiding the team to wow customers. You will drive front-end operations, cash management and adherence to Brand standards while modeling Five Below values.

You will coach associates, supervise scheduling, and partner with corporate to resolve store issues, all with a focus on CSAT and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer by delivering exceptional service and personal contact with guests.
• Lead Front End Operations and cash management to achieve CSAT goals.
• Train staff on the High Fives of Customer Service and standards.
• Ensure each guest has a fast, friendly checkout and maintain store cleanliness.
• Open and close store procedures; cover SM duties in absence.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses using financial reporting.
