Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise crew, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive store performance against goals. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.

You will open/close the store, manage front-end merchandising, and coordinate with leadership on staffing and store standards. A minimum of two years in management is expected, with a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with fast, friendly service and trains on the BEST customer experience.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversees front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Opens and closes store, maintains cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Maintains stock room and performs general store maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
