Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Team Lead in San Antonio, TX to promote an exceptional customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates. You will model strong service, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while ensuring a clean, organized store and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include mentoring Associates, driving loyalty programs, and collaborating with Management on training and performance. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Strong merchandising and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at the front of the store.
• Lead by example and oversee Associates; manage loyalty programs.
• Train, coach, and schedule Associates; ensure POS coverage.
• Maintain store organization, safety, and labor law compliance.
• Support management on training needs and performance feedback.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
