Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to promote loyalty programs and handle front-end duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks for Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean store.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and labor regulations.
