Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store activities.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages register assignments and POS coverage; coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Promotes safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborates with management to set priorities and provide feedback.
