Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wows the customer through personal interaction and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, store cleanliness, and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members in partnership with the store leadership.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Handle store maintenance and stock room organization as required.
