Job summary

Five Below in Augusta, GA is seeking a dedicated store leader to uphold WOW customer service and guide a team of crew members. You’ll train staff, manage front-end operations, and ensure the store meets brand standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and at least two years of management experience. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, lift merchandise, and maintain a welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Leads front end operations, ensuring front end merchandising is set and meets brand standards.
• Ensures that front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained.
• Opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Reviews all corporate communications and reacts accordingly.
• Partners with the leadership team in merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and stock room upkeep.
