Five Below is seeking an aspiring store leader to guide daily operations and deliver a WOW customer experience in a high-energy retail setting. This hourly role supports front-end operations, training, and supervision of crew members to meet brand standards.

The position requires at least a High School diploma, 2 years of management experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to wow customers and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Partner with store leadership to recruit, train, and coach crew members.
• Maintain front-end merchandising and ensure equipment is functional.
• Open and close store procedures, maintain cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
