Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to drive customer service excellence and day-to-day store operations. You will lead front-end operations, supervise and train crew members, and collaborate with the store manager to meet performance goals.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates must be 18+ and capable of flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service standards and processes.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is functional and staff is trained.
