Job summary

Marshalls in the USA is hiring for a front-end leadership role. You will supervise Associates, promote an excellent customer experience, and drive loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store.

You’ll train staff, assign registers, manage breaks, and ensure adherence to labor laws. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication and merchandising skills.
