Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a front-of-store leader to ensure an exceptional customer experience and oversee Associates across shifts. You will model service excellence, coordinate POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store.

Candidates should have retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication, and the ability to train others in a fast-paced environment. Night and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Able to train others and work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees Associates at front of store.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store cleanliness and order.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
