Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor to drive an excellent customer experience at the Mount Pleasant, TX store. You will oversee Associates, promote loyalty programs, and ensure prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train and mentor team members, coordinate POS coverage, and uphold store policies while fostering a safe, collaborative workplace. Flexible schedule and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees a team at front of store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Coordinates breaks, manages POS coverage, and communicates priorities clearly.
• Promotes safety, accuracy, and a positive customer experience in all tasks.

Responsibilities
